Taft Buckley visited South Africa last year for a couple of months, sailing at MAC. He represented the USA Optimist Team at this year’s 35th edition of the Lake Garda Optimist Regatta, the largest event of its kind in the world. He finished first overall in the Silver Fleet from a total of 1060 competitors in 6 fleets.
